- 5 cl YES Rum White
- 2 cl fresh lemon juice
- 2 cl fresh lime juice
- 1.5 cl elderflower syrup
- 8 cl soda water
- Ice cubes
Garnish

Preparation
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add YES Rum White, lemon juice, lime juice, and elderflower syrup. Stir briefly and top up with soda water. Mix gently and garnish with lemon zest, lime, and mint.
