One of the most famous dark rum cocktails of all time – spicy, fresh, and incredibly refreshing. Traditionally, it is served with dark rum, ginger beer, and lime.
Ingredients
- 5 cl YES Rum Dark
- 12 cl ginger beer
- 2 cl fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
Garnish
- Lime wedge
- Candied ginger (optional)
Preparation
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the lime juice and ginger beer. Then slowly pour the YES Rum Dark over the top to create a beautiful dark rum layer. Stir briefly.
