Ingredients
- 5 cl YES Whisky
- 8 cl cloudy pear juice
- 1 cl honey syrup
- 1.5 cl fresh lemon juice
- 4 cl soda water
- Ice cubes
Garnish
- Thin pear slices
- Thyme sprig
- Lightly dusted with cinnamon
Preparation
Add all ingredients except the soda water into an ice-filled highball glass. Stir briefly, then top up with soda water. Garnish with pear slices, thyme, and a delicate pinch of cinnamon.
