Ingredients
- 5 cl YES MASTER
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl blackberry syrup
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 1 egg white (optional, for a creamy foam top)
- Ice cubes
Garnish
- Blackberries
- Rosemary sprig
- Lemon zest
Preparation
Shake all ingredients vigorously without ice first (dry shake). Then add ice and shake vigorously again. Strain into a tumbler or coupe glass.
